Use this page after a collision, glass damage, or when you are deciding how to pay for the repair.
If the damage is from a collision, wildlife, vandalism, or weather, including hail, open a claim with MPI first. Then contact the shop. For glass only, you do not need to open the claim yourself. The shop opens glass claims with MPI.
Once you have an eligible claim, call (204) 269-0692 or use the contact form. Direct repair means you do not need a separate MPI estimate visit before the shop starts the repair process.
MPI claims are repaired here as a direct repair facility. Share the claim number and plate number if you already have them.
Private-pay jobs are repairs that are not an MPI claim. Call the shop or send a message and we will look at the vehicle and tell you the work involved.
Courtesy cars are available when one is free. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged when the schedule allows. Ask when you contact the shop.
